   The website only works from inside Pakistan, and PTA takes it offline for maintenance sometimes. The SMS method (from a Pakistani number) is the more reliable of the two, especially if you're checking from abroad.
3. Look for "Compliant" — anything else (Non-Compliant, Blocked, Not Found) is a real risk. Walk away or budget for registration tax first.
